Francesca Havens

Francesca Havens, Clinical Psychoneuroimmunologist, Nutritional Therapist, Metabolic Balance Coach, educator, linguist and communicator, anthropologist, independent health researcher and writer.  

In the health field she has engaged in numerous activities including university lectures, workshops, conferences, consultancy and in-clinic work, as well as volunteer work with schools and after-school clubs to help children and parents be discerning about nutritious food.

Francesca has contributed to the World Council for Health in various roles, managing translations of important health documents, and writing the Cancer and Metabolic Diseases Guide and the updated Spike Protein Detox Guide, as well as facilitating the Country Councils international decentralised network exchanges.

The discussion will emphasize personal empowerment, encouraging individuals to better understand and support their own healing processes while knowing when and how to seek additional care.
