Terms & Conditions

Terms governing ticket purchases and attendance at Better Way Conference USA 2026.

Effective Date: March 6, 2026

Welcome to BetterWayConference.org. These Terms & Conditions govern ticket purchases and attendance at the Better Way Conference USA 2026 (the “Event”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The Event is delivered in partnership with WCH Core Team and WCH New England (collectively, the “Organizers”).

1. Event Overview

Crowne Plaza Hotel Warwick
801 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886, USA

Dates:

  • May 29, 2026 - Gala Dinner (time to be confirmed)
  • May 30-31, 2026 - Conference

All programming, speakers, schedules, panels, screenings, and social functions are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Tickets are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at registration.
  • It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate.

The Organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any ticket purchase at their discretion.

3. Ticket Types

Available ticket types may include:

  • General Admission (Conference Only)
  • Gala Dinner Ticket
  • VIP Options (including pre-dinner drinks, where applicable)

Tickets grant access only to the specific event(s) purchased.

Tickets are personal to the named attendee and may not be resold for commercial gain or transferred without prior written consent.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please refer to the FAQ section on BetterWayConference.org for full details of the Refund Policy.

5. Program & Speaker Changes

Speakers, panels, topics, screenings, and scheduling are subject to change.

Speakers confirmed at the time of publication include:

  • Bret Weinstein
  • Peter McCullough
  • Tess Lawrie
  • Del Bigtree

However, speakers may be unable to attend due to circumstances beyond the Organizers' control.

No refunds will be issued due to changes in speakers or program content.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward speakers, staff, exhibitors, and other attendees.
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.
  • Comply with venue policies and staff instructions.

The Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

7. Health & Safety

Attendance and participation are at your own risk.

The Organizers are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Illness contracted during or after the Event

Attendees must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and venue requirements in force at the time of the Event.

8. Medical & Legal Disclaimer

The Event includes discussions on healthcare, medicine (allopathic and natural), science, law, and public policy.

All information presented:

  • Is for educational and informational purposes only.
  • Does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
  • Should not replace consultation with licensed professionals.

The views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Organizers.

9. Photography, Filming & Media Release

The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

By attending, you consent to:

  • Being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
  • The use of your image or likeness in promotional, marketing, archival, or educational materials.
  • Distribution of recordings across media platforms without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you must notify the Organizers in writing prior to the Event.

Unauthorized recording, photography, or live streaming by attendees may be prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All Event content, including presentations, materials, recordings, branding, and logos, remains the intellectual property of the Organizers or respective speakers.

Attendees may not:

  • Record sessions without permission.
  • Reproduce or distribute materials.
  • Use Event content for commercial purposes without written consent.

11. Exhibitors & Third-Party Vendors

The Event may include exhibitor booths and third-party vendors.

The Organizers:

  • Do not endorse specific products or services.
  • Are not responsible for representations made by exhibitors.
  • Are not liable for transactions between attendees and exhibitors.

12. Force Majeure

The Organizers are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Labor disputes
  • Public health emergencies
  • Venue unavailability

In such cases, the Organizers reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or convert the Event to a virtual format.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Organizers' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.
  • The Organizers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, opportunity, travel expenses, or accommodation costs.

14. Indemnification

By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, partners, staff, volunteers, speakers, and venue from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in the Event.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration may be used for:

  • Event administration
  • Ticket processing
  • Event communications
  • Post-event follow-up

Data will be handled in accordance with the Event Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. data protection laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rhode Island.

17. Updates to These Terms

The Organizers reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on BetterWayConference.org.

Continued use of tickets or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
