Lisa Lopes is a board-certified health and wellness coach, educator, and steering committee member of the World Council for Health. With more than 25 years of experience as a speech pathologist, she built her career supporting communication, development, and quality of life across diverse populations. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earning her national board certification, Lisa founded her coaching practice, From the Inside Out, in Providence, Rhode Island. Her work focuses on helping individuals address the root causes of health challenges and create sustainable, long-term wellness.

Lisa is passionate about empowering individuals and families with practical, science-informed education on the powerful role that nutrition and lifestyle choices play in both physical and mental health. She is especially dedicated to helping others better understand what they put into their bodies, and how small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful improvements in energy, resilience, and overall well-being.

This panel will explore how the current health care model largely focuses on managing disease after it develops rather than prioritizing prevention and long-term wellness.
