Sierra Hamm, RN, BSN

Sierra Hamm, RN, BSN is a sovereign health consultant specializing in maternity care, working at the intersection of medical freedom and traditional midwifery.

With over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse across the full spectrum of maternity care, including antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursery, Sierra brings rare insight from both within the hospital system and outside of it. She has also served as a primary assistant in home and freestanding birth center settings, attending hundreds of births and supporting physiologic, relationship-centered care.

Sierra is the Foundress of The Reconciliation, an organization dedicated to supporting and expanding access to blood products, and the creatrix of Honeycomb Care, where she equips women and families with the education, advocacy, and practical tools needed to navigate pregnancy, birth, and healthcare systems with confidence and autonomy.

As a curriculum developer and authoress, she has created comprehensive training programs for doulas, childbirth educators, and health professionals, as well as educational systems for large-scale health coaching organizations. Her work integrates modern evidence-based science, ancient tradition, and behavioral psychology, helping individuals translate knowledge into action.

Sierra is also actively engaged in policy and systems-level change, contributing to national conversations around blood safety, informed consent, and patient-directed care.

At the World Council for Health “Better Way” Conference, she will facilitate discussions on blood sovereignty and the reform of transfusion ethics, as well as contribute to conversations on traditional midwifery as a foundational model for decentralized, relationship-based healthcare systems.
